We specialize in manufacturing precision CNC machined components using Palletech flexible manufacturing systems (FMSs) and standalone Mazak horizontal machining centers. The FMS system enables us to produce parts with no repeat set-up costs and quick turnaround times. In low to medium volume production jobs, these Palletech systems eliminate the need for redundant setups that reduce changeover time substantially. Our experience with Palletech FMS centers is unrivaled in the Greater Milwaukee and Wisconsin Area as we were one of the first non-OEMs to use these systems for small batch, job-shop applications.

Our job shop is equipped with 2-axis and multi-axis twin spindle CNC turning centers to meet your low or medium volume production needs. These turning centers can hold tolerances close to 0.001”, depending on the type of material used and specific application of the machined part. We maintain an inventory of common materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, and alloy steels. The Mazak Super Quick Turn 200 MS turning center can process work pieces up to 22.7” in length and 11.81” in diameter.

As a full-service contract machine shop, we have an in-house welding facility to fabricate precision CNC machined components. Supporting our specialization in machining castings as well as forgings, our weld shop is fully equipped to handle a range of metal joining operations, including spot welding, brazing, MIG, TIG and sub-arc welding.
