Our shop is equipped with 2 Integrex® e-Series machining centers. These combination machining centers/turning centers are by far the most advanced Multi-Tasking machines in the industry. These machining centers can complete all operations in a single setup – turning, milling, boring, drilling, etc. The equipment features an advanced B-Axis turret design with Y-Axis capability along with a deep-hole boring option.

The Mazak e-500H-S Integrex machining center at our facility can handle parts up to 21” in diameter and 60” in length. While the Mazak e-410H-S Integrex machining center at our facility can handle parts up to 21” in diameter and 53.5” in length. These machining centers can hold tolerances close to 0.001”, depending on the type of material used and specific application of the machined part. We work with common materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, and alloy steels.

Metalcut Products manufactures custom turned parts from client-provided prints or drawings. If you have a good forecast of the final product, our experienced engineers will provide design assistance to take your project to the next phase of production. We use CMMs to check the dimensional accuracy and assembly quality of custom turned components.
